Welcome to “All About Weight Loss“. You are here because you, like me, are part of a community of chubs interested in loosing a few pounds. If your like me, you are overwhelmed and maybe discouraged trying to ferret out usable information on how to sensibly lose blubber, this be the place!

My intension is to present articles, text, audio & video (when available), on weight loss, and associated subjects. Additionally, I will be presenting weight loss programs/diets that appear to be worth looking at. Some will be free and some will have a small charge. Look them all over – if they’re on this blog they are the better ones. I will be acquiring some of the more promising plans to critique them. When I do I will write a review on my findings.
